Laion case could steer EU AI copyright reform

The move comes as EU policymakers review whether the bloc's AI-era copyright framework needs reform.The EU's highest court looks set to get an opportunity to define the boundaries of the bloc’s copyright framework when it comes to AI, just as the European Commission considers whether that rulebook needs to be revised....
