Speaking at the roadmap's launch by the National Development Planning Ministry, Communications and Digital Affairs Minister Meutya Hafid said the strategy extends beyond telecommunications infrastructure to include cloud computing, data centers, computing capacity, digital governance and regulation within an integrated national architecture.
