US DOJ secures settlement with Willow Bridge in rental pricing antitrust case

( July 6, 2026, 23:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Department of Justice said it reached a settlement with Willow Bridge, a residential property manager headquartered in Dallas, to resolve claims as part of its ongoing enforcement action against algorithmic coordination, the use of competitors’ competitively sensitive data and other anticompetitive practices in rental markets across the US.
