Workday likely must defend AI hiring-discrimination allegations, US judge says

"Having reviewed the parties’ briefing, the Court would find it useful to have oral argument as to its tentative opinion that the FEHA applies to the alleged discriminatory conduct at issue," US District Judge Rita Lin said in an order setting oral argument for June 15.See attached document....
