Jury in Musk, OpenAI trial files verdict form with US court
( May 19, 2026, 00:24 GMT | Official Statement) -- The verdict form the jury used to record its verdict that OpenAI, its Chief Executive San Altman and company president Greg Brockman did not breach Elon Musk's charitable trust has been filed with the court. The jury only needed to answer two of the eight questions on the form to clarify that the OpenAI defendants and Microsoft were not liable because Musk's suit was filed beyond the statute of limitations.See attached document....
