The cabinet will also expedite legislative improvements covering key AI-related areas including data, computing power, algorithms, data property rights, cybersecurity and supply-chain security, as well as the regulation of major application scenarios. The agenda also calls for revisions to rules governing internet information services and preparatory revisions to regulations implementing the Copyright Law, while a draft amendment to the Road Traffic Safety Law will be submitted to the top legislature for deliberation. The cabinet said it is preparing to submit a draft law on combating cybercrime to the top legislature and formulate regulations on the classified protection of cybersecurity.
