US says it's in compliance with injunction blocking Anthropic risk designation

Lin, describing the steps it has taken to comply with her March 26 preliminary injunction order blocking a supply chain risk designation against Anthropic. The Department of Defense issued a memorandum to senior leadership on April 2, and other federal agencies have "notified and distributed a copy of the Preliminary Injunction" to their personnel.
