China urges human control over military AI, warns of loss of control

Senior Colonel Jiang Bin warned that using AI to infringe on other country's sovereignty, allowing it to excessively influence war decisions or delegating life-and-death judgments to algorithms not only undermines ethics and accountability but could also lead to loss of technological control.
