Included in those motions is one by Musk to prevent OpenAI from using evidence from the investigations of the attorneys general of California and Delaware, which signed off on OpenAI's conversion last year. Musk is also trying to block OpenAI from introducing information about the practices of Musk's AI competitor, xAI, and to limit OpenAI expert witness testimony.See attached documents....
