OpenAI bid to block trial on Musk's fraud claims denied by US judge

US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers narrowed, but did not eliminate, Musk's claims against Microsoft.A US judge made good on her recent pronouncement that a dispute between Elon Musk, OpenAI and Microsoft over the for-profit conversion of the maker of ChatGPT would go to a jury, mostly denying summary judgment motions by the companies to block a trial....
