Reddit says Anthropic seeks to 'manufacture' federal jurisdiction in AI scraping suit

Anthropic "is attempting to manufacture a basis for federal jurisdiction by misconstruing both Reddit’s state law causes of action and controlling law regarding when federal preemption serves a basis for removal jurisdiction (as opposed to an affirmative defense)," Reddit said in a joint filing by the companies.See attached document....
