The company’s GRILL X system, already in use at a five-star Seoul hotel and tested in Naver cafeterias, uses molecular sensing to deliver chef-level consistency and up to 80 grilled servings an hour. Backed by about $14 million in investment and government voucher support, the startup is preparing for mass production and global expansion amid rising demand for automated cooking and persistent labor shortages.
