Udio said the copyright infringement claim fails because plaintiffs fail to show substantial similarity between their songs and any output generated by Udio. Udio also said the Digital Millennium Copyright Act claim fails because plaintiffs can only show it circumvented YouTube’s copy controls, which is not prohibited. See attached file. ...
