The House Business Affairs and Labor Committee voted to advance HB 25B-1008, which would require AI systems to disclose their “non-human” nature to consumers. It’s one of two proposals to amend the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act that focus on making it clearer when consumers interact with AI tools.
