OpenAI defenses in Musk lawsuit over nonprofit status narrowed by US judge

Both Musk and OpenAI "have repeatedly over-litigated this case," Gonzalez Rogers said. "The pleading of excessive affirmative defenses is consistent with the approach."See attached document....
