Universal Music Group jumps into AI patent space with Liquidax partnership

A new joint-holding company, Music IP Holdings, will operate the UMG portfolio, which currently stands at 15 patents.The world’s largest music company, Universal Media Group, will manage and license its patent portfolio in partnership with Liquidax Capital, the companies announced this week.
