South Korea to pick teams soon to develop powerful national AI model

A total of 15 consortiums, led by companies such as Naver Cloud, KT Corp, and LG AI Research, have applied for the initiative. The five finalists will be chosen for what is widely known as the “World Best LLM” project, which is open exclusively to domestic companies and organizations.
