South Korea working on power-grid plan seen as 'essential' for AI ambitions

The government also aims to establish RE100 industrial complexes near renewable energy sources, reinforcing its commitment to clean energy and sustainable infrastructure.South Korea will soon draw up a set of national power-grid innovation plans that may include details on building an energy superhighway spanning the country, a senior presidential policy secretary said, calling the resolution of power-grid issues “essential” for the country’s ambitions for artificial intelligence....
