Poland puts pausing enforcement of the AI Act on EU ministers' table

This “stop-the-clock” approach has already been used in sustainability legislation and is currently under consideration of the European Commission. The Polish government also pointed to the need to ensure compliance and reduce regulatory burdens, especially for high-risk AI applications and SMEs.
