The "Law on the Promotion of Research, Development, and Utilization of AI-Related Technologies" sets out basic principles and policies for inter-agency cooperation, funding, infrastructure development and human resource training. It also creates an AI Strategy Headquarters under the prime minister's leadership to oversee policy implementation, coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders and adapt regulations based on evolving technological trends and societal needs.
