( May 15, 2025, 02:02 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Education ministers from the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum, or APEC, have recognized the importance of leveraging artificial intelligence and other digital technologies to enhance learning and increase accessibility, thereby expanding educational opportunities for all. In a joint statement adopted at their meeting in South Korea, ministers from the 21-member organization also noted that learner-centered, quality-assured AI-integrated classrooms can provide personalized academic support, such as tailored tutoring, through adaptive learning technologies. They further encouraged exploring ways to utilize AI-driven, personalized education to effectively facilitate reskilling and upskilling for all learners. The meeting is taking place in South Korea, which is set to host the APEC leaders' summit later in 2025.The statement follows....
