The forthcoming amended version of Colorado’s AI law will likely include several business-friendly amendments, such as an expanded carve out for small businesses, said Matthew Scherer, senior policy council with the Center for Democracy and Technology. “I suspect that it is going to significantly weaken the law that went into effect last year," he said.
