Musk battle against OpenAI, Microsoft could go to trial this year on some claims

By Mike Swift ( March 25, 2025, 23:17 GMT | Insight) -- Elon Musk's legal battle against OpenAI and Microsoft over the founding of the company behind ChatGPT could move toward a trial as soon as December on some non-antitrust claims.
