Realpage files reply supporting dismissal of US DOJ's antitrust claims

( March 11, 2025, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Realpage told a US federal judge that the US Department of Justice's arguments opposing dismissal of its price-fixing and monopolization claims fail to plausibly plead anticompetitive effects in any well-defined relevant markets; fails to plead that Realpage holds specific market shares above 30 percent; and that Realpage did anything to exclude its competitors from doing business.
