OpenAI, Microsoft seek dismissal of Musk-OpenAI US lawsuit

"Musk’s pleading is a grudge in search of a lawsuit," OpenAI said in its motion to dismiss. "And for all its 105 pages, it fails at its one job: to plead facts that state a claim."
