EU clean vehicle incentives for corporate fleets backed by parliament committees

( November 4, 2026, 15:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Measures to accelerate the uptake of clean vehicles in large corporate fleets have been backed by the European Parliament's transport and environment committees. Lawmakers proposed non-binding national targets ranging from 67 percent to 95 percent for zero- and low-emission vehicle registrations by 2030 and 2035. The proposals would restrict financial support to EU-made clean vehicles from 2032 and require national plans from 2028. A plenary vote is expected in December, ahead of negotiations with EU governments.Press release follows. ...
