The draft, released Thursday, encourages the use of AI, Big Data and blockchain to improve taxi services and oversight, alongside new technologies, clean energy and equipment to support the industry’s low-carbon transition. Ride-hailing platforms would be barred from using data, algorithms or platform rules to charge different prices for the same service under equivalent transaction conditions, or from imposing unreasonable restrictions, conditions or fees on drivers.
