Small business group to drop lawsuit against Corporate Transparency Act

The government is entitled to summary judgement after the small business group's appeal was denied by the US Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit had reversed the finding of a lower judge in its favor, the filing said.
