Hong Kong competition regulator's first false-information case goes to court

Wong Siu-keung was charged with one count under Section 55 of the Competition Ordinance, which carries a maximum penalty of HK$1 million ($127,000) and two years' imprisonment, after allegedly knowingly or recklessly providing false information during an investigation into a building-maintenance project in Tuen Mun.
