Amazon antitrust suit not a 'labor dispute,' New Jersey AG says
( October 7, 2026, 03:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Amazon is improperly characterizing antitrust litigation brought by the New Jersey attorney general as a "labor dispute" that is barred by the National Labor Relations Act, the AG told a New Jersey federal judge. The National Labor Relations Board's jurisdiction does foreclose the plaintiff's antitrust claims, the AG said in a letter filed in the District of New Jersey, and a pre-motion letter from Amazon "fails to identify a basis for dismissal of any claims" or justify an arbitration-related stay.See attached document....
