Amazon seeks to push US FTC antitrust trial date to June 2027
( October 7, 2026, 03:04 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: An antitrust trial between Amazon and the US Federal Trade Commission scheduled to begin on March 29, 2027 should be continued "for at least 60 days," Amazon said in a motion filed the Western District of Washington. Amazon and the California attorney general have agreed to continue a separate case, and that continuance "would create a conflict with the scheduled trial in this action," the motion said. The FTC asked the court to deny Amazon's motion for lack of good cause.See attached documents....
