Bernd Lange, speaking just ahead of EU trade chief Maroš Šefčovič’s visit to China, called for reliable supplies of critical raw materials, fairer market access for European companies and concrete steps to curb subsidies and industrial overcapacity, including possible export quotas or other restrictions.
