In a statement, it said that despite a previous warning, Bulgaria was still failing to comply with the Digital Services Act by not designating and empowering the Personal Data Protection Commission and the Electronic Media Council. The country had also wrongfully implemented the powers to sanction foreseen by the DSA, it said.Statement follows....
