Japan updates SME transactions, freelance worker guidelines
( October 1, 2026, 09:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Japan Fair Trade Commission on Thursday said it has finalized revisions to its guidelines for transactions under the SME Transactions Act, which took effect in January, and the freelance worker protection law, following a public consultation that drew 20 comments.
