Paramount settlement with states signed by US judge

Discovery merger challenge. Martínez-Olguín found that the consent decree "represents a reasonable factual and legal resolution of the dispute," but also recognized that the agreement "reflects a compromise" that may leave dissatisfaction on both sides.
