Indonesia automobile marketplaces to offer behavioral changes in antitrust case
( September 30, 2026, 06:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Indonesian online automobile marketplaces PT Mobil Satu Asia and PT Car Classifieds Indonesia have accepted the contents of an antitrust regulator's alleged-violation report and will propose concrete behavioral changes to address the case, the Indonesian Competition Commission said Tuesday. The regulator is examining suspected discriminatory practices in online automotive trading under Article 19(d) of Indonesia's Competition Law. A third company, PT Car Some Indonesia, didn't attend Tuesday's hearing. The case will resume Oct. 6, when Car Some is due to be heard and the companies are expected to submit their proposed behavioral commitments.Statement follows (in Indonesian)....
