Platforms should address breach of entrepreneurs’ personal information, disclosure of content that insults or disparages companies or their executives, impersonation and misleading or false information, the Cyberspace Administration of China said. Platforms should strengthen content-management systems, refine platform community rules, include corporate-related content in routine reviews and tighten oversight of accounts and multi-channel networks, according to the regulator.
