US judge releases Cumulus injunction enforcement order in US antitrust case

( September 18, 2026, 17:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A US judge released a redacted version of an order granting Cumulus Media New Holdings' motion to enforce a preliminary antitrust injunction against the Nielsen company. In the now-public order, US District Judge Jeannette Vargas said Cumulus claimed Nielsen has not complied with the injunction's requirement that Nielsen offer a commercially reasonable rate for its nationwide radio ratings data as a standalone product. The court concluded that Nielsen's offer to Cumulus for the standalone data was commercially unreasonable, and therefore Nielsen was ordered to immediately offer a commercially reasonable rate.See attached document:...
