Crabbers reply, support spoliation sanctions in US seafood price-fixing case

Both Hallmark and Bornstein failed to preserve text messages from key employees while they should have been aware of their duties to do so and have made misrepresentations as to those failures, so spoliation sanctions are necessary to mitigate the prejudice to plaintiffs' case, the crabbers said in a filing in the US District for the Northern District of California.See attached document: ...
