"The non-applicant railroads have now asked for more witnesses, alleging that they have relevant and non-duplicative testimony. Not so," Union Pacific wrote. "The eighteen witnesses that Union Pacific has offered for deposition together possess knowledge regarding the full spectrum of relevant topics, from pre-merger analysis, to merger integration planning, to the day-to-day business activities of Union Pacific.
