Wulro sees egg cartel fine reduced, Dutch antitrust watchdog says

The Dutch Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal confirmed on Tuesday the watchdog's finding that the company, together with Global and Interovo, violated competition law through egg-purchasing cartels but found the fine against Wulro to be disproportionate. In a statement on Wednesday, the watchdog said that the Tribunal agreed that there were two separate buyer cartels which weakened the bargaining position of affected poultry farmers.
