It said the companies’ strong position in egg procurement meant their conduct could restrict competition. It upheld the fines of €995,000 and €15,736,500 already reduced due to the length of proceedings, but it further reduced one fine to nearly €6.13 million because the company had been penalized twice for the same conduct.
