Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun told a Thursday press briefing that AI affects the common well-being of humanity and should be developed according to principles of openness, inclusiveness, broad-based benefits and responsible use. China is willing to work with Latin American and Caribbean countries and other parties to build a fair and reasonable global AI-governance system and ensure that the technology benefits people in all countries, Guo added.
