Indonesia’s competition regulator found that AUX’s former distributor and its new distributor were not competitors in the relevant market, a finding that undercut allegations of discriminatory conduct and collusion.Chinese air-conditioner maker Ningbo AUX Electric Co., its export unit and an Indonesian distributor were cleared of competition-law violations in a case that hinged on the definition of the relevant market, with the country's antitrust regulator finding that the products sold by the former and current distributors were not substitutes....
