Russian fertilizer makers lose EU court challenge to ammonium nitrate duties
( September 9, 2026, 08:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Russian fertilizer makers Nevinnomysskiy Azot and NAK Azot's legal challenge against the European Commission’s 2020 extension of anti-dumping duties on ammonium nitrate has been rejected by the EU General Court. The case returned to the court after the EU’s top court ruled last year that the commission could take account of supplementary information submitted after the deadline for an expiry-review request. The General Court found that the consolidated request contained sufficient evidence to justify opening the expiry review, including calculations based on Russian domestic prices.The judgment is attached....
