The plaintiffs recycle previous price-fixing claims that were affirmatively dismissed by the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the defendants said in their motion filed in the US Northern District of California, but even their new allegations over shifts in the market to accommodate a recent AI boom do not change the fundamental story and do not cure the defects of those prior claims.
