JND argues that Hellums, in connection with his responsibilities in another antitrust case, has expressed a bias against JND, but JND is not a party in the NAR suit so it can not move to disqualify Hellums, US District Judge Stephen Bough said in his order from the Western District of Missouri. Even if JND were allowed to move for disqualification of a special master, JND fails to demonstrate that Hellums' impartiality might be reasonably questioned, the order said.See attached document: ...
