Samsung ordered to pay $11.6m in damages to Swatch in UK trademark case

The expert for Swatch had argued that Samsung should pay damages of $170 million, while Samsung’s expert witness said $301 would be an appropriate penalty.Samsung has been told to pay Swatch $11.6 million in damages by a UK judge following a 2024 finding of trademark infringement against the Korean tech giant....
