Herron Todd White's bid for CJA Lee Property Valuers reviewed in Australia

In a statement published on Wednesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said that CJA Lee Property’s shares are currently held equally by C McMahon Enterprises and TJ Shaw, as trustees for their respective family trusts. The regulator said that Herron Todd White (Holdings) is the ultimate parent company of HTW Bidco and HTW Holdings and its fully owned subsidiaries provide property valuation and property advisory services in Australia. The regulator said that CJA Lee Property is an independent advisory firm that provides property valuations in Victoria. The watchdog is seeking views on the deal until Sept. 2.Statement follows.
