Estia Health's bid for AnglicareSA's aged care homes cleared in Australia

In a determination published on Wednesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said the aggregation arising from the deal is not significant at a local or regional level. The ACCC also took into account Estia's previous acquisitions in the same local area as the AnglicareSA facilities over the last three years. Estia operates more than 90 residential aged care homes across Australia, while AnglicareSA operates residential aged care homes and provides other care services.Determination is attached....
